She worked five years in traditional childcare settings before transitioning to supporting families in home daycare environments for two years. Her background provides a strong foundation in early childhood education, curriculum development, and family engagement.

Nirvona Parsons brings over twelve years of experience in alternative education, working with high school students in diverse learning environments. She later transitioned into childcare and human resources, where she developed extensive expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, and educational operations. Her love & experience for early education provides Little Creations with a strong connection to family.
